Phitness Plus Functional Group Training

Phitness Plus Functional training is about the way you live and the way you move. At Phitness Plus we focus on movements that are healthy for you inside and out. Perfected through years of personal implementation and research to make our group training regime one of the finest in the Madison area. It is designed to improve the way you move. F.I.T.T Camp: is designed for all fitness levels! Designed to give you modified, low-impact drills as an alternative to strengthen your body so you will be able to condition those weak areas. Immediately seeing results in most areas of your life, balance, strength, stability. Include in the F.I.T.T Camp Category are our popular PiYo class and Kickboxing.

C.H.A.M.P Camp: is designed for the Athlete! A balanced workout which will challenge you to the max.  Extreme work outs that will push you to the next level.

Yoga: is designed to stretch and strengthen! Develop core strength, fluid motion, flexibility and agility with our personalized Pilates Classes. Designed for ALL. Class is designed for everyone and every body! The rewards are bountiful. Wisdom, desire, strength, knowledge, inner peace, all senses are increased with the practice of Yoga. Yoga will help you to enter a new phase in the development of your own practice, or your own desire to search for yoga's wisdom and rewards.  We can help you define your strengths and further define your practice on and off the mat. We are here to share, guide and inspire you along your way. 

Personal Training: is designed to empower! You will be empowered for this new journey. This journey is a physical, psychological and emotional commitment. You will first increase your level of base conditioning before progressing to increase physical and cognitive skills. Your personal training session is customized to address your unique fitness profile, enabling you to increase your fitness levels.   

Strength Training: Shape, train,and strengthen your body with our conditioning classes. Defines your muscles.
